The pandemic has required leaders to adapt and respond to the challenges and uncertainty facing them, much like improvisers do on stage. This fun and engaging class will inspire and empower you to become even more adaptive than you are today. Your teacher, Pastor Mike Weaver, has nearly two decades of experience as a student, performer and teacher of improv, has been a pastor for 23 years, and is the Coaching Coordinator for the Southern Ohio Synod.
